Our menu concept was not simple, but Erik & his team nailed it. Our venue was very familiar to the team and their expertise & willingness to go above and beyond to make the day great, was so appreciated. Planning was a breeze with Erik who was incredibly patient, respectful, & consultative. All our dreams were realized, and then some. Proceed with AS confidently!

Five-Star Review: Perfect Party Subs from A&S We recently ordered six feet of subs from A&S for a birthday party, and they absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helped us customize a great mix of Italian cold cuts, chicken cutlets and imported cheese options to satisfy everyone’s tastes. The subs themselves were a huge hit—literally and figuratively! The bread was fresh and perfectly crusty, and the meats and cheeses were top-quality. Every bite tasted like it was made with love and tradition. They didn’t skimp on fillings either—the sandwiches were generously packed, and the flavor combinations were spot-on. Presentation was beautiful too—laid out neatly and easy to serve, which made setup a breeze. Several guests asked where we got them from, and we were proud to send them your way! Thank you, A&S, for helping make our celebration delicious and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feed a crowd with authentic, mouthwatering Italian deli fare!

A&S never disappoints with catering an event. Edwin is always responsive and helped to plan the full event from selecting a menu to rentals to arranging for staff and carefully planning every step. I would use the team again and had a wonderful time. The clean up was fabulous too.

First time here, and I loved it! I love that they have pre-made foods that you can purchase. Everything looks so fresh and delicious! Cannot wait to come back and purchase some items. I did purchase some pasta that I'm really excited to try! I ordered a sandwich and forgot the name sadly. It was ham, jalapeño cheese, roasted red peppers, and honey mustard. Boy, was it yummy! Ingredients are all fresh, and the roll is soft and delicious. Will definitely be back!

I used A S Stamford to cater my wedding in May 2021 and guests are STILL talking about the food two months later. Coming from an Italian family that loves to eat, I was very selective about who we hired for our wedding. Erik and his team completely blew it out of the water and made my night so incredibly memorable. He gave us a selection of passed horderves to choose from for cocktail hour and was honest about which ones he thought would pair best to what we were doing for dinner/the theme of our evening. Dinner was plated as a surf&turf and we wanted to make sure the tastes all blended well together - Erik, again, spoke from his expertise and educated us on the right decision. For dessert, we wanted to keep it simple with italian pastries but also modern and fun. Erik suggested to add some homemade 'yodels' and 'twinkies' to the mix and guests loved that touch! Most importantly, we wanted to make sure our guests that were going to stay the evening (or drive home) had a snack. Erik and his team did an amazing job preparing italian combos and chicken cutlet subs for everyone to take home. My guests absolutely LOVED that our exit station wasn't your typical "hotdog" or "pretzel" to go. I was so specific about details such as our charcuterie station, when to serve dinner, when to have desserts out and cake cut and Erik kept his team operating on exactly that schedule. Down to the type of mixers I asked for and allergy accommodations, Erik covered every single detail and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire night. The pictures of the food here do not do it justice. The short rib fell off the bone and the sauces to accompany the francaise were delicious. Looking around at everyone's tables, I don't think there was a scoop of food left behind - every guest ate their entire plate! On a separate note, we have gotten take out lunches and sandwiches from A S many times and it is always delicious. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and superb service!
